Caley Rucker

About Me

I joined Marine Credit Union in August of 2023, new to the credit union industry, bringing nearly two decades of experience from various sectors. From cold-calling and selling knives in college, to providing compassionate care for the elderly and rehabilitating juvenile delinquents, to serving the constituents of La Crosse, I’ve come to realize the vital importance of effective communication in leadership and organizational success. As the Director of Administration at Marine, I have the honor of supporting our CEO in executing the strategic plan established by the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.

What brought me to Marine was the focus on the people. The mission. The values. It’s been one of the most fulfilling decisions I have made in my career! Fueled by my passion for making a difference, my ultimate goal in life is to leave people better than I found them. In my personal time, you can find me outside enjoying the sunshine, feeding our many farm animals, rocking out at a country concert, pursuing trophy deer, or simply spending time with my husband and four children.
