About Me
I’m Jeff Lachman, Director of Community Outreach at Marine Credit Union. My focus is on bettering our local community through financial education and strong partnerships. I am also passionate about being a Certified Executive Coach specializing in leadership development and personal growth within and beyond the credit union industry. I have a strong focus on utilizing assessments like EQ, StrengthsFinder, and Myers-Briggs to help my team gain self-awareness, leverage their strengths, and enhance team dynamics. With a deep understanding of financial services and proven coaching techniques, I am dedicated to empowering professionals to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
As of 2024, I celebrated 16 years of marriage to my wife, Leah. We have two children, Carter (14) and Rylie (12) and a very energetic four-year-old Vizsla. My family spends our free time outside, biking, hiking, and camping. We have visited 27 national parks and have a goal of visiting 50 by 2040.

VolunTEAM is a cross-functional internal committee that organizes and promotes volunteer opportunities throughout our field of membership to encourage our team to give back.
The Belonging and Inclusion Task Force is a group within Marine Credit Union that is focused on promoting diversity, equity and inclusion within our organization and communities. We work to identify and address barriers to inclusion, develop strategies to foster a more inclusive environment and implement initiatives to support underrepresented groups.
