Part-time Member Service Representative – Wisconsin American Drive Branch, Pioneer Road Branch
Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for providing accurate account
information and professionally handling members’ daily credit union needs. Provide a variety of transaction services for members,
including but not limited to: proper receiving and handling of deposits, checks and payments, processing withdrawals and cashing checks for members.

Serves as a liaison between prospective/existing Members and the credit union for all Portfolio mortgage related inquiries. Solicits and interviews applicants for loans, gathers background information as required, and analyzes loan applicants’ credit history.
Partners with others to approve or deny loan applications based on analysis and company mortgage policies. Works with mortgage support staff to ensure timely response to member inquires, and ensure a standard of service excellence. Focuses on Portfolio mortgage lending activity, passing opportunities for Conforming lending to

Branch Manager – Rippon Branch
Lead a credit union branch. Ensure branch staff are providing quality service to members in all areas
of branch operations. Mentor and train employees to meet performance goals and develop careers within the organization.
Focus, direct, delegate, and motivate branch staff in order to achieve business goals. Manage budget and operating expenses to ensure efficiency.
Training Specialist - Fond du Lac, WI
Perform training in a variety of capacities throughout the credit union. Facilitate new hire orientation.
Ensure completion of annual compliance training. Provide initial job training for new hires and ongoing developmental training for
Community Banking employees. Conduct roll-outs of new programs and processes.
Assist with development of documentation including policies, procedures, presentations, and training material.
La Crosse District Positions
Part-time Member Service Representative – Decorah Branch
Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for providing accurate account information and professionally handling members’ daily credit union needs. Part-time Indirect Buyer - Monitor Street Office
Serve as a liaison between the Indirect Finance Network and the credit union.
Analyze credit applications for loans submitted by third party auto dealers or merchants.
Gather necessary background information to make sound lending decisions based on the applicants’ credit profile and underwrite loans
in accordance with department goals and standards. Communicate with Finance Managers to negotiate finance terms and secure loan
contracts. Will support MCU’s underwriting program in accordance with goals and standards for the department and credit union.
Deposit Operations Representative - Monitor Street Office
Support all CU Branches in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service to all internal staff of MCU.
Consumer Loan Officer – Decorah Branch, Onalaska Branch
This professional will serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for finding, interviewing, and accurately documenting the creditworthiness of applicants for loans. Approve or deny loan applications based on analysis.
Mortgage Loan Representative – Onalaska Branch

building close relationships with them. Interviews applicants for loans, gathers background information as required,
and analyzes loan applicants’ credit history. Partners with others to approve or deny loan applications based on analysis.
Works with mortgage support staff to ensure timely response to member inquires, and ensure a standard of service excellence.
